Returns

  • Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: Please provide a receipt or proof of purchase when initiating a return.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are exempt from being returned:
  • Custom-made or personalised items
  • Gift cards
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Return Process

To return an item, please follow these steps:
  1. Contact our customer service team at info@printneries.com with your order number and details about the product you wish to return.
  2. We will provide you with instructions on where to send your return.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it to the address provided by our customer service team.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at info@printneries.com.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
